Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including the StatusOrbit name, logo, dashboard interface, proprietary algorithms, monitoring infrastructure, and all associated software — are and remain the exclusive property of Orbit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant StatusOrbit a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission. Feedback and suggestions you voluntarily provide to StatusOrbit may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
StatusOrbit stores monitoring configuration data, check results, uptime history, and alert logs. This data is retained for the period corresponding to your plan's history window (24 hours for Free, 15 days for Premium, 90 days for Gold) and then permanently deleted.
Uptime & SLA
StatusOrbit targets a monthly checker availability of
99.9% for the monitoring infrastructure itself. This
means the systems that perform checks and deliver alerts are
designed to be available for at least 99.9% of each calendar month.
In the event of a breach of the 99.9% availability commitment for paid plans, affected subscribers may request a pro-rated service credit to be applied to their next billing cycle. Credits do not apply to Free plan accounts or outages caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or user-initiated actions.
The SLA does not guarantee that any specific monitored endpoint will be reachable — only that StatusOrbit's own infrastructure will perform checks. Detection of external outages is subject to network conditions and is not guaranteed to be instantaneous.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

In no event shall StatusOrbit's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to StatusOrbit in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
