How quickly will I hear back? +
During business hours (9AM–7PM IST, Mon–Fri) we typically respond
within 2–4 hours. Off-hours messages get a reply by next morning.
Enterprise customers get priority queue access.
Can I change or cancel my plan? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any
time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the
end of your current billing period — no prorated penalties.
Do you offer refunds? +
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if
you're not satisfied. After that, we handle requests case-by-case.

Yes — docs.statusorbit.io has step-by-step guides for every
feature, API reference, integration tutorials, and troubleshooting
guides. Most common issues are covered there first.
Can I request a feature or product change?

We love feature requests — many of our best features came from
user suggestions. Use the form on this page with "Feature request"
selected, or post in our community Slack. We review every request.
What about GDPR, data privacy, or security disclosures?

For GDPR requests, DPA agreements, or security vulnerability
disclosures, email security@statusorbit.io directly. We respond to
security disclosures within 24 hours and have a responsible
disclosure program.
